These terms apply to this website and services provided by APED IN LLC, doing business as Evergreen Agent (“Evergreen Agent,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
Services
Evergreen Agent provides advertising management, landing pages, and automated follow-up software built for the client. The work is configured around the client’s business, advertising account, and calendar. The client controls its accounts and makes its own business decisions. Service scope, timing, fees, and responsibilities are set out separately in the client’s agreement. No particular business result is promised.
Applications and communications
Provide accurate information when applying. We may use the details you submit to respond to your application and coordinate a strategy call. Submitting an application does not require you to opt in to text messages.
Text-message program
Program name: Evergreen Agent. If you separately opt in, messages may include application and booking confirmations, reminders, rescheduling information, and follow-up about your strategy call. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Use of this website
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or its services. Website information is provided for general information and may be updated. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of information and materials you provide to us.
Disclaimer and liability
The website and its materials are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, APED IN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
